Located in the beautiful Cheveux hair salon, we are here for all your aesthetic needs from targeted, cosmeceutical skin solutions and cosmetic tattoo through to massage and beauty treatments.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Minimum 24hrs notice is required to reschedule, cancel, or shorten your scheduled appointment

Appointments can be altered up to 24hrs before the scheduled time with no penalty. Any deposits/credits paid will be transferred to your next appointment or refunded in extenuating circumstances

Failure to arrive to your appointment will result in complete forfeiture of any deposits, credits or gift vouchers applied. You may also be required to pre-pay the full amount of your next appointment before we will accept further bookings from you

Arriving late to your scheduled appointment may result in your treatment time being cut short. You will still be required to pay the full amount of the scheduled treatment.
Shortening your scheduled treatment upon arrival will result in the full scheduled amount still requiring payment
